Professor Elmer Wolf Engineering Program
Named after legendary Professor Elmer Wolf, Union’s flagship program has helped hundreds of students build a life as successful engineers. The program opens the door to a vast array of engineering fields, including aerospace, biomedical, civil, computer, electrical, environmental, geoscience, industrial, and mechanical. The associate in science that students earn at Union lays the groundwork for transfer to a top university for bachelor’s degrees and beyond. Shown above are Union County College graduates of the Engineering program who are thanking their Union County College alma mater for propelling them on to the bachelor’s degrees they earned at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. The Department’s key faculty include Associate Professor Jennifer Ebert, Associate Professor Luis Garcia, Associate Professor Nick Gilbert, Assistant Professor Albert Gottlieb, Professor Bohdan Lukaschewsky, Senior Professor Ivan Strom, Associate Professor Dori Vicente, and Associate Professor James Xu.
