Gilbert, Nick

Professor Nick Gilbert's booming voice has echoed the halls of Union County College for the last 26 years. Originally hired by Dean Lukaschewsky to teach Lasers and Electro-Optics, he now teaches physics and electrical engineering courses. He constantly reminds his students to keep their dream organic, by letting them know, “When I was your age my dream did not include standing in front of you!!  But by the grace of the Master Engineer here I am and I couldn't be happier." Professor Gilbert has a B.S. from the City College of New York and an M.S. from the City College of New York.
