Union County College Students Film a Movie, "Gravesight," on Campus!

Thursday, July 14, 2011

During the spring break of 2011, a group of students came together to produce and film a short film named “Gravesight”.

“Gravesight is a film about a young man named Sebastian. Sebastian, after ten years of constant and consistent nightmares, finally finds a medication to alleviate his suffering. But just two weeks into his recovery, his nightmares come back while he is awake. Gravesight is a stimulating glance into the life of a student whose nightmares decide to wake up with him.”

The short film was completely shot on the Union County College Cranford Campus, edited in one of our Final Cut Pro Mac Labs, and first screened in the WHAM! Film Festival in the Cranford Main Lecture Hall, where it tied for best fan favorite. The students involved in its creation are currently filming a new short movie, guest-starring our own Dr. McMenamin and Dr. Nacco.
