It’s not too early to plan to start making summer plans and why not consider a non-credit class through Continuing Education? The summer is a great time to relax, have fun and try something new. It’s also a great time to improve your skills or start taking the steps to make a career change. Both professional development and personal enrichment classes are offered as well as ESL and classes in Spanish.
For professional development some of the new classes being offered this summer are App Developer certificate, How to Become a Published e-Book Author, Intro to Google Drive, Real Estate Appraisal certificate, training classes for personal trainers, and Quickbooks Intermediate. In addition, additional classes are offered in the field of business, accounting marketing, computer training, childcare, education, design, healthcare, hospitality, and more.
Some of the new leisure classes offered this summer include Animal First Aid/CPR, Infant and Child CPR, Make Your Own Digital Film, Self-Massage for Tension Relief, Yoga for Upper Back and Neck, Meditation, and Portrait Drawing. Additional classes will also be offered in foreign language, fitness, writing, art, boating, computers and technology, photography, social networking, and more.
