CRANFORD - The Office of Continuing Education is pleased to announce a series of personal wellness classes being offered in October and November at the Union County College’s Cranford Campus. Seva Stress Release for Self-Care and Others is a six-hour workshop where participants will learn about the healing and transformative power of acupressure through a simple, easy to learn acupressure protocol and style of touch. This protocol can be used for self-care and with others to reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation and enhance well-being. The course will be held on Saturday, October 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The cost of the course is $99.
On November 12, Stop Smoking with Hyponosis, Lose Weight with Hyponosis and Relaxation through Hypnosis will be offered consecutively beginning at 6:30 p.m. Each course is one hour in length and will cost $59. A reinforcement CD is strongly recommended and available for purchase for $18.
